Subscription Terms and Personal Data Processing Notice

The Amundi-Acba Academy subscription channel is intended exclusively for students and employees of Yerevan State University, the Armenian State University of Economics, and the French University in Armenia (UFAR), which operate in Armenia and have entered into an agreement with "Amundi-Acba Asset Management" CJSC. Therefore, by clicking the "I Agree" button, you certify that you are an individual currently enrolled at or employed by at least one of the aforementioned universities within the meaning of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia.

By clicking the "I Agree" button, you consent to provide your completed personal data* (first name, last name, email address, university) to "Amundi-Acba Asset Management" CJSC (hereinafter: the Processor or Company). On this basis, the Company shall have the right to process said data under the terms and for the purposes specified in this notice.

The processing of personal data is conducted for the purpose of continuously increasing awareness regarding the Amundi-Acba Academy platform and our activities. Consequently, the data provided by you will be used by the Processor on an ongoing basis to provide informational materials, as well as to notify or invite you to events organized by the Processor. In such cases, the Processor may transfer this data to third parties providing services to the Company within the framework of those events.

Your personal data may be processed through the following methods:

• Collection and storage within the Processor's data system.

• Use in information campaigns and electronic communications.

• Transfer to third parties under the conditions specified in this notice.

You may familiarize yourself with your rights regarding the processing of personal data in the RA Law "On Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter: the Law). Pursuant to this Law, among other rights, you have the right to withdraw your personal data by sending a message to: amundiacba.academy@amundi.com.

Upon receiving your request, we will not only cease sending you electronic communications but will also remove your personal data from our data system. Unless your consent is withdrawn, the Processor reserves the right to process/use your data for all future events and information campaigns.

"Amundi-ACBA Asset Management" is a legal entity registered in the Republic of Armenia, whose office is located at 10 Vazgen Sargsyan Street, premises 100-101, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. 

* Personal data: any information about an individual that enables, or could enable, the direct or indirect identification of that individual.
