This Academy website is administered by “Amundi-Acba Asset Management” ("Amundi-Acba"), a closed joint-stock company registered in Armenia, who, based on the Investment fund management license number 0002, provided by the Central Bank of Armenia, carries out pension fund management activities in Armenia. Each Authorized User must access this Academy website by logging in to it using a verified institutional email address linked to the domain of the university at which they are enrolled and persuing their education.

Amundi-Acba reserves the right to complete or modify the present conditions, subject to prior notification. Each Authorized User shall approve the updated conditions prior to access to the Academy website again. Amundi-Acba may terminate access to Authorized Users in cases mentioned in the Agreement and without any responsibility by sending to the Partner a notice by any means, including in case any Authorized User has breached any of the above conditions.

By continuing on this website, the Authorized User indicates that it has understood and accepted the terms, conditions and restrictions, as well as the provisions of the Terms of Use of this Academy website. The Authorized User also understands that (i) these conditions will apply whenever it accesses the Academy website in the future, as well as the limitation of liability provisions, risk warnings and other information provided; and (ii) the Authorized User warrants that no other person will use its login and password linked to its professional email address to access the Academy website.

Amundi-Acba will hold personal data collected through this Academy website as mentioned above in confidence. Nevertheless, Amundi-Acba may use and disclose this information to its agents and service providers in the context of the services necessary to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.

The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Armenian law on “Personal data protection” (“Law”). The personal data collected on this Academy website is intended to be stored by Amundi-Acba and will not be transmitted to third parties, except as described above.

Personal data collected will be stored as long as respective Agreement concluded with Amundi-Acba will remain valid and will be kept, as appropriate, only in relation with it.

The Authorized Users shall enjoy a right of access, rectification or objection to the personal data processing concerning them. In the event that the Authorized User requests the destruction or cessation of processing of his/her personal data, the latter’s access to the Academy website will be suspended. In the same way, Authorized Users may withdraw their consent to the Academy website subscription at any time. The full scope of your rights related to the processing of transferred personal data is defined in the Law. In order to assert mentioned rights, the Authorized User should contact the website manager via e-mail to amundiacba.academy@amundi.com  or by letter to the following address: Amundi-Acba Asset Management - premises 100-101, 10 Vazgen Sargsyan street, 0010 Yerevan, Armenia.

Amundi-Acba holds all the necessary property and non-property rights to provide the Academy website to the Partner in accordance with the Agreement.

The reproduction or representation of all or part of this Academy website, by any means whatsoever, is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of Amundi-Acba.

The provision of usage rights to the Partner and Authorized Users does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights to the latters’; including it does not grant you any rights in relation to the software or information, nor may you reproduce (as a whole or in part), transmit (through electronic or other means), modify, or use this Academy website for public or other commercial purposes, nor create links with it, without the prior written authorization of Amundi-Acba.

What is a cookie?

2. Audience measurement cookies (statistics): We measure the audience for our site using a solution based on cookie technology. The data collected is used solely to provide anonymous statistical data on visitor numbers (number of pages viewed, number of visits, frequency of return, etc.). XITI, the statistics tool provided by AT Internet is used on this site. It generates a cookie with a unique identifier, which is kept for a limited period of 13 months. In addition, we collect part of the IP address in order to identify the city from which the Internet user connects. This information is anonymised and can under no circumstances identify a physical person. The data collected is kept by the site editor for a period of 6 months and is not passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose.
